Teaching experience

I have over ten years of teaching experience across KS2–KS4 in both Ghana and the UK. In Ghana, I taught Mathematics, Computing, Science, and Physics at KS2–KS3 and Senior High School levels, helping students successfully pass their BECE and WASSCE examinations in Science and Physics. I also facilitated Physics practicals and supported pre‑tertiary learners aged 14–18. In the UK, I have taught KS3 and GCSE Science during my PGCE placements at Orleans Park School and Bishopshalt School. I planned and delivered structured lessons, applied safeguarding protocols, and supported SEND, EAL, PP, and CLA pupils. I prepared students for the 2026 GCSE intervention programme in AQA Trilogy - Physics content, ensuring they made adequate progress through effective AFL tools, targeted questioning, scaffolding, and adaptive teaching strategies. Across all settings, I have consistently focused on pupil progress, inclusive practice, curriculum alignment, and making science accessible and engaging.
