About Lisa
Hi, I’m Lisa. I specialise in Scottish Chemistry tutoring, supporting pupils through National 5, Higher and Advanced Higher Chemistry. I graduated from the University of Glasgow with a First Class Honours degree in Chemistry, before completing my PGDE in secondary teaching.
Teaching experience
I have 12 years of experience teaching Chemistry and 13 years of experience tutoring, both one-to-one and in small groups. I tutor National 5, Higher and Advanced Higher Chemistry, and have supported a wide range of pupils with different confidence levels, goals and learning needs. I also have experience marking for the SQA, which allows me to help pupils understand how to structure their answers clearly and maximise marks in exams.
