Personal statement coaching for a UCAS form that has changed

From 2026 entry, UCAS replaced the single essay with three structured questions inside the same 4,000‑character limit. We coach students through the new format, admissions tests and interviews — one‑to‑one, with tutors who have been through it.

What changed

Three questions, one 4,000-character budget

Admissions tutors read all three answers together, and UCAS warns against repeating evidence across them. Deciding how to split the budget is now a strategic choice.

Read our full guide to the change
  1. Why do you want to study this course?

Motivation that shows specific knowledge of the subject, not a story about a childhood moment.

  2. How have your studies prepared you?

Linking A‑Level or BTEC content to what the degree actually demands in first year.

  3. What have you done outside education?

Work experience, reading, projects and jobs — framed as evidence rather than a list.

Coaching improves how an application is put together. It cannot guarantee an offer, and no one can. We do not write statements — universities screen for written-for-you applications and the consequences fall on the applicant.

How it works

What happens after you enquire

  1. You send the form

Course, deadline and where you have got to so far. Takes about two minutes.

  2. Free 15-minute call

We tell you honestly what would help and what would not. No obligation.

  3. Matched to a coach

Chosen for your subject and target universities. You see their background first.

  4. Booked and invoiced

Sessions scheduled around school hours. Payment by invoice before the first session.

Why families trust us

  • Coaches, not a call centre

Every coach has been through UK admissions and is interviewed by us before joining.

  • Identity and reference checked

ID, address and two references verified before any session with a student.

  • Parents kept in the loop

Under-18s book through a parent or guardian, who receives every written report.

FAQ

Common questions

Anything else? Email support@vitaleducators.com.

Will you write the statement for us?

No. We coach the student to write their own. Universities screen for written-for-you statements and the consequences fall on the applicant.

Is it too late if the deadline is close?

Usually not. Tell us your deadline on the form and we will tell you honestly what can be done in the time.

Are sessions online or in person?

Online by default, so you are not limited to coaches near you. In person is possible in and around Birmingham.

Do you cover admissions tests?

Yes, admissions and entrance tests are one of our three coaching types. Tell us which test on the form and we will confirm coverage.
